They have been explored some before, but they had obvious flaws with one another, and there is also the obvious fact that Wonder Woman would out live him, so pairing them up, while providing a somewhat interesting story, would be a waste of time seeing that she will forget about him over time, same for Superman, when it comes to Lois Lane.
